This website has the best uk & us fashion college as well as on-line fashion design schools where you can start on-line courses to improve your knowledge about a certain area of fashion like design or marketing.

I don't know if this is the best one, but it's in Vogue quite a lot - "Whitehouse Institute of Design". It's located in Sydney and Melbourne. http://www.whitehouse-design.edu.au/
