I live in Uganda as a refuge, I am originally from Ethiopia. is there any way that I can learn in Australia ? I have a diploma in Accounting but I wanted to get my degree so please help me out .

As long as you are a legal resident (as that includes legal status as a refugee in Uganda) you can apply to the local. Australian High commission. As long as your diploma is recognized, you can always try to apply for university. Like all university applicants, you will go through the same route. If you do get a place in university, you can try to apply for a visa on the account that you are studying there.
