Hello there can any one help me understand this? please. i want to know if I can apply for a school or be a student whiles am already in Australia. I got a tourist Visa but i will be happy if i could apply for a school there and change my visa Status without going out again. please help me with this. Thanks

You can only apply for your initial student visa from within Australia if you're from an assessment level 1 country e.g. the USA, UK, Canada and some other developed countries.
