In Australia we graduate from school at 16, whereas America is 18. Do you think after Ive already graduated from Australian school, when I move to America I could attend school there aswell? And could I still do a student exchange if Ive already graduated? It might just be Queensland where we graduate at 16.

Yes you can still do student exchange for a year or whatever :). However, 16? I finished at 18 :(
