How can I graduate high school early in south Australia?
I want to go to universities in America, but normally high schools in Australia finish in NOV. If I apply for the spring admissin I won't get I scholarship. Merit award are only in fall admission. What should I do? How can I enroll in SEP Thanks a lot!

I think it might be harder to start mid-term, my best idea would be to start from Y10 and really push yourself in the subjects you do, at the end of the first semester, push to be put in Y11 classes and when you reach Y11, push to be in Y12 classes until you have enough SACE points.

You need to have the matric/TER mark in order to apply to the university - these are a once a year exam. What you do is work for 6 months and apply for the next years admission. Really - 6 months is nothing. When you move from the south to northern hemisphere vice versa there is always a lag of 6 months. There is nothing you can do about it.

Party? Have fun and drink? If they are the reasons you want to go to boarding school, you should be honest about it when you have your interview so they can weed you out. They do not want trouble-makers.

You're a bit old to be bothering with boarding school or anything now, surely??? In Australia they finish school aged 18, the same as the UK, and there terms/semesters are different, so you'd probs end up repeating a year... there's no point... wait till university! I'm 17 too, so I know what I'm talking about!

Well I know here at Scotch College Melbourne that there are heaps of boarders from overseas and that it is a really laid-back community, All the borders from overseas are treaeted with heaps of respect and there are always people helpiing you fit in. Parties and drinking? Yeahhh that stuff started at like 14 y/o and most people manage it well. But you probably aren't rich enough to go to Scotch? Well this sorta stuff happens all around the country, you just need to find a good school to go to. You'll fit in well though, the people are genereally friendly and you should enjoy your time here if you do come over.

Tell me... why does 2 + 2 = 4 ? why cant 2 + 2 = 5 why is the traditional method of counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and not 1,2,3,5,4,6,7,8,9, instead? think about that and you'll be able to answer this question

If I graduate from school in Australia can I go to school in America
If I graduate from school in Australia can I go to school in America?
In Australia we graduate from school at 16, whereas America is 18. Do you think after Ive already graduated from Australian school, when I move to America I could attend school there aswell? And could I still do a student exchange if Ive already graduated? It might just be Queensland where we graduate at 16.
